BIOTEAK® Mop Disc/HD Temizleme Diski, Temizleme aşamasından sonra kullanılan yüksek yoğunlukta temizleme diskidir. Temizlik öncesi ahşap üzerinden boya ve vernik kalıntılarını sökmek için kullanılır.

ÜRÜN ÖZELLİKLERİ:

• 115 mm çapında ve 22 mm kalınlığında olup, her türlü devirli avuç taşlama makinalarında kullanıma uygundur.
• Dokumasız elyaf malzemeden üretilmiştir, yüzeyin şekline kolayca uyum sağlar.
• Zımparanın aksine esnek fiber yapısı sayesinde ahşabın dokusuna zarar vermez.
• Arkasında lif bırakmaz, hem kuru hem de ıslak yüzeylerde kullanılabilir.
• Ağacın liflerine zarar vermez, ahşabın doğal dokusunu bozmaz.

KULLANIM ŞEKLİ: Masa, sandalye yüzeyi, duvar ve yer kaplaması gibi düz yüzeylerde kullanım içindir, girintilerin temizlenmesi için uygun değildir. Tavsiye edilen devir maksimum 5000 RPM'dir, daha yüksek devirler disklerin elyaf kısmının daha çabuk bitmesine neden olabilir. Disklerin çabuk temiz ve kuru haldeki ahşap yüzeylerde temizleme öncesi kullanılması tavsiye edilir.

KULLANIM ALANI: İç ve dış mekanlarda bulunan Teak bahçe mobilyaları, havuz dekleri, güverte kaplamaları, ev ve ofis döşemelerinin temizliğinde kullanılır. İroko ve maun gibi diğer egzotik ağaçların temizliği için de uygundur.

DİKKAT: Toz oluşumu durumunda koruyucu toz maskesi kullanın, zımpara tozunu solumayın. Yetersiz havalandırma olması durumunda uygun solunum ekipmanı giyin. Diskleri kullanırken koruyucu gözlük, kulaklık, maske ve eldiven takın; elyaf kısmı aşırı yıpranan diskleri kullanmayın.

BIOTEAK® Mop Disc/HD Cleaning Disc is a high-density cleaning disc used after the cleaning stage. It is used to remove paint and varnish residues from wooden surfaces before cleaning.

PRODUCT FEATURES:

• It is 4.5” in diameter and 0.85” thick, suitable for use in all types of rotary palm sanders.
• Made of non-woven fiber material, it easily conforms to the shape of the surface.
• Its flexible fiber structure, unlike sanding, does not damage the wood texture.
• It does not leave lint behind and can be used on both dry and wet surfaces.
• It does not damage the wood fibers and preserves the natural texture of the wood.

APPLICATION: Intended for use on flat surfaces such as tables, chair surfaces, walls, and flooring; not suitable for cleaning indentations. The recommended maximum speed is 5000 RPM; higher speeds may cause the fibers of the discs to wear out more quickly. It is recommended to use the discs on clean and dry wood surfaces before cleaning.

APPLICATION AREA: Used for cleaning Teak garden furniture, pool decks, deck coatings, and home and office flooring both indoors and outdoors. Also suitable for cleaning other exotic woods like Iroko and Mahogany.

ATTENTION: Use a protective dust mask in case of dust formation, do not inhale sanding dust. Wear appropriate respiratory equipment in case of inadequate ventilation. When using the discs, wear protective goggles, earmuffs, mask, and gloves; do not use discs with excessively worn-out fiber parts.
